摘　　要：大型建设项目分部分项工程较多,涉及不同的参建单位,项目管理部门很难全面掌握项目实施过程中相关费用的执行和变更情况。为此,本文将费用管理系统分成概预算管理、工程量清单管理和决算管理三大模块,然后采用oracle数据库对系统数据进行设计,给出了数据表之间的关系和基本表。最后,基于.Net平台开发费用管理信息系统。The large construction project contains many sub projects,involving different design units and construction units,it is very difficult to fully grasp the performing and changing of the costs for the project management department. Therefore,divides the cost management system into the budget management,the engineering quantity list management and the final accounts management three parts. Then,designs the system data based on the oracle data,and give the relationships between the data tables and the basic tables. Finally,develops the cost management system based on the.Net platform.
