摘　　要：分析基于大数据的项目管理创新在创新环境与条件、创新方式和路径、创新结果及成功影响因素等方面与传统项目管理创新的显著差别;根据数据处理过程与创新过程耦合的特征,建立基于大数据的项目管理创新模型;最后从变革企业文化和决策机制、以信息化为中心重构组织机构和业务流程、增加数据处理专业人才等方面提出实施建议。Firstly,analyzes the significant difference between project management innovation under Big Data and traditional project management innovation,including innovation environment and conditions,innovation mode and path,innovation results and success inf luence factors. Then,considering the innovative process coupled with data process,establishes the project management innovation model based on Big Data. Lastly,puts forward suggestion that project-based organization should change the enterprise culture and decision-making mechanism,reconstruct organization structure and business processes taking the information as the center,and increase the quantity of data processing professionals.
