摘 要:农村住宅多为低层建筑,体型系数较大,其能耗组成与城市多高层住宅有较大的区别,围护结构热损失占比较大,合理地设置外墙保温系统可有效减少建筑能耗。为了确定合理的外墙保温系统,利用De ST-h软件对采用不同保温系统的农村典型住宅进行能耗模拟,计算住宅建筑后期运行费用,并采用全寿命周期费用模型计算不同保温系统住宅建筑的全寿命周期费用,经对比分析,确定其最佳外墙保温系统和经济厚度。Rural houses have large shape coefficient because that they are low-rise buildings in general,so it's different in energy consumption composition from the multi-storey and high-rise housing in cities. Building energy could be reduced with the rational use of external wall insulation system because that the heat loss of architecture enclosure structure holds the great proportion. In order to determine the reasonable external wall insulation system,De ST-h has been used for energy consumption simulation of typical rural houses to ensure operation cost of buildings. Then using life cycle cost model to calculate all life cycle cost of buildings with the different external wall insulation systems and compare results,the best external wall insulation system and the economical thickness could be determined.
