摘 要:某体育场主看台悬挑罩棚结构最大悬挑27m,采用预应力拉索结构,预应力索最长为17m,施工采用门式脚手架操作平台,采用50t的汽车式起重机拉索安装.采用油压传感器测试以保证预应力钢索张拉施工完成后的应力与设计要求的应力吻合,变形监测采用全站仪,严格按规范及施工工艺要求组织施工,保证了索拱架施工的安全和质量,为以后的施工中类似情况提供了借鉴经验。The maximum cantilever of cantilever canopy structure over the main stand of a stadium is 27 m and it is stayed by prestressed cable structure where the longest part of the prestressed cable is 17 m.During construction,frame scaffold is used as operation platform and 50 t auto crane is used to install the cable.Oil pressure sensor test is carried out guarantee that the stress of the prestressed cable after tensioning construction meets the design stress.Total station is adopted for deformation supervision.Construction is strictly organized according to the specifications and technical requirements,not only ensuring the construction safety and quality of cable-stayed arch,but also providing references and experiences for future similar constructions.
