摘　　要：建设银行二期项目数控机房等5项工程位于北京市海淀区中关村创新园,设计施工专业众多,技术要求高,对施工管理要求高。在工程实施之前,项目部以计划管理为核心,将施工进度、商务进度、技术进度均纳入计划管理,以达到从安全、质量、进度、造价等综合方面达到完美履约的目标。China Construction Bank Phase Ⅱ numerical control machine room and other four projects were located in Zhongguancun Innovation Park of Haidian district.It involved multiple construction disciplines,high technical specifications and strict requirements for construction management.Before engineering construction,the project department focused on plan management to cover construction schedule,commercial schedule and technical schedule into plan management,with the purpose to effectively execute contract on overall aspects,such as safely,quality,schedule and cost,etc.
