摘  要:本项目主要为数据中心机房,机弱电管线排布是工程重难点,为推进和保证工程生产、安全、质量受控,项目部创新应用BIM综合施工技术,从碰撞分析、管线综合、机弱电、消防的穿结构预留洞口和样板展示楼层装饰装修深化设计,综合空间优化,图纸检查,BIM模型出施工图等20余个方面展开应用,实现了解决疑难杂症的目标,并实现了创效。The data center computer room is a key part in this project and weak current pipeline layout is an important and difficult point.To promote and guarantee engineering production,construction safety and quality control,the project department innovatively used BIM general construction technique on more than 20 aspects,such as collision analysis,pipeline combination,opening reservation for weak current and fire-fighting pipelines,in-depth decoration and finishing design of sample floor,general space optimization,drawing inspection and BIM-based shop drawing,etc.Various difficulties were successfully solved and favorable benefits were realized.
