摘　　要：随着中国加入世界贸易组织 ,国内的产业界纷纷进入金融业 ,掀起了一轮产融结合的高潮。本文分析了当前我国产融结合发展的特点、成因和效应 ,并对我国产融结合的发展模式和金融监管提出了政策建议。With China's entry into the WTO, more and more industrial enterprises invest in the financial business , resulting in a new form of the integration of industries and finance. This paper analyses the developing traits, causes and the effect of the present integration of industries and finance in our country and then comes up with some suggestions on the developing model of the combination of the industries and finance and the finance supervision in our country.
