摘 要:本文以上海太平桥片区20世纪30年代和2000年以后的步行系统为研究对象,运用三种研究方法,即步行区图解分析法、交通运输地理学指数法和空间句法对该片区的两种城市肌理——里弄式住宅与封闭式小区的步行系统进行深入分析和比较。研究结果表明,同里弄式相比,封闭式小区会延长步行距离,减小步行可达范围;导致步行网络的α指数、γ指数以及LNR指数下降;还会降低步行网络系统的整合度。由此可见,封闭式小区对城市步行交通网络有较大的负面影响。This research chooses the urban fabrics of two eras of Taipingqiao district in Shanghai to compare their pedestrian networks,namely1930 s and 2000 s.Three research methods are employed,including walking shed analysis,transportation index analysis and space syntax analysis.During the process of inner city redevelopment in Shanghai,several traditional Linong neighborhoods were demolished and replaced by gated communities.Therefore,through comparisons between two different urban layouts,the impact of gated communities on pedestrian networks could be revealed.The result shows that gated communities might extend the pedestrian distance and reduce waling catchment,meanwhile,it also indicates theαindexγindex and LNR index all decline after Linong blocks are replaced by gated communities.Besides,space syntax analysis also proves that gated communities might cause the decrease of integration.All in all,this research illustrated that gated community might seriously affect the effectiveness of pedestrian network.
