摘　　要：巴斯德毕赤酵母以其独特的生物学和遗传学特征成为当今一种诱人的外源基因表达系统,已成功地表达了各种类型的外源蛋白。本文综述了巴斯德毕赤酵母的一些特征及其作为外源基因表达系统,实现高表达的策略。Today Pichia pastoris has developed into an attractive systems in the foreign gene expression because of many particular characteristics in its biology and genetics. A variety of heterologous proteins have been produced in this highly successful system. Here, we review some characteristics of Pichia pastoris and the strategies for more production of proteins in Pichia pastoris as a foreign gene expression system.
