摘　　要：GA 20-氧化酶(GA 20-oxidase)是高等植物体内GA生物合成途径中最重要的限速酶,它能够催化从GA12到GA9及GA53到GA20一系列的氧化反应。作者对近年来有关GA 20-氧化酶的特征、GA 20-氧化酶基因及编码蛋白、GA 20-氧化酶基因表达调控进行了综合评述,并对GA20-氧化酶基因转化在农业、林业、园艺业方面的应用前景进行了展望。GA 20 -oxidase as the most important limiting enzyme can catalyze a series oxidization of GA biosynthesis from GA12 to GA9 and GA53 to GA20. In this paper we review the studies on the characters of GA 20 -oxidase, the gene and protein of GA 20 -oxidase, the regulation of GA 20 -oxidase gene in recent years. Also, the prospect for using the transformation of GA 20 -oxidase gene in agriculture, forestry and horticulture are put forward.
