摘  要:N-壬基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(NPT)在一定的介质中只与少数阳离子(Ag+,Hg2+,Bi3+,Cu2+,Ni2+)产生特征性反应,通过研究Cu2+和Ni2+鉴定反应的影响因素,确立了Cu2+,Ni2+的鉴定方法.结果表明,NPT可作为Cu2+和Ni2+的鉴定试剂,对Cu2+的检出灵敏度为m=0.037μg,ρ(Cu2+)≥1.0mg·L-1;对Ni2+的检出灵敏度为m=0.12μg,ρ(Ni2+)≥3.3mg·L-1.该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,在合成样品和标准样品分析中均获得满意结果.NnonylN′(sodium paminobensulfonate) thiourea (NPT) can demonstrate characteristic reaction with a few of ions (Ag+,Hg2+,Bi3+,Cu2+,Ni2+).The optimum conditions for the determination of Cu2+ and Ni2+ were discussed and the qualitative identification precedures were established.The results show that NPT can be used as an identification reagent of Cu2+ and Ni2+ with high sensitivities and superior selectivities.In appraising Cu2+:m=0.037 μg,ρ(Cu2+)≥1.0 mg·L-1;In appraising Ni2+:m=0.12 μg,ρ(Ni2+)≥3.3 mg·L-1.The application of this method to the identification of both synthesized samples and standard samples showed satisfactory result.
