摘　　要：应用XRF基本参数法,使用4个标准样品,在SIEMENS SRS300型X射线荧光光谱仪上测定了锌精矿中的Cd、Pb、Fe和Si四个元素。采用直接粉末压片法制样,分析结果与化学法结果相吻合,方法准确、经济、简便,精密度较好。By using SIEMENS SRS 300 XRF spectrometer, the concentrations of Cd, Pb,Fe and Si in zinc concentrates have been determined. For the XRF Fandametal-Parameter method,only 4 standard samples are required. Pressed -powder pellet method has been used for preparing the samples. The results obtained through out this method are consistent with those obtained by chemical analysis. The method is accurate, economical, convenient and with good precision. In general, the results are satisfactory.
