摘  要:本文建立了电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱法(以下简称ICP-AES)测定钨酸锌单晶中几种掺杂元素的分析方法。用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)高压密封溶弹溶解样品。对ZnWO_4的基体效应、溶液酸度的影响、溶样条件以及仪器工作条件等进行了实验研究。用本法测定钨酸锌单晶中掺杂元素锰、铬、钛的检出限分别为:0.09、0.041和0.01(ppm);相对标准偏差分别为3.4、4.4、和3.5(%);回收率分别为:97、104和90(%)。本法与电弧粉末发射光谱分析相比,具用简单、快速、准确的特点。An analytical method of the determination of trace elements in zinc tungstate monocrystal by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec- troscopy (abbr ICP-AES) has been proposed in this paper. The problem of sample dissolution of ZnWO_4 monocrystal has been solved successfully by using polytetrafluoroethylene (abbr PTFE) high pressure closed digest bomb. Experiments were carried out on study of ZnWO_4 matrix effect and the impact of the solution acidity. Selection of dissolution procedures and opti- mization of instrumental working parameters were made. Finally, the sati- sfactory results were obtained when the actural specimen were determined. This method displays the features of simplicity, the rapidity and accuracy. The limits of detection of Cr, Mn and Ti were respectively 0.04ppm, 0.09 ppm and 0.0lppm. The recovery rates of the method fall into 90-104% for Cr、Mn and Ti. The relative standard diviations of Cr, Mn and Ti were 3.4%, 4.4% and 3.5% respectivelly.
