摘  要:本文采用乙醇预去溶方式进样,ICP-AES直接同时测定了>99.99%的高纯金属铈中5个痕量稀土杂质元素,并讨论了基体量对检测限的影响,稀土元素间的光谱干扰及其校正方法等。当样品溶液中铈的浓度为5mg/ml时,铈中稀土杂质元素的测定下限为:镧、钕和钇0.001%,镨和钐0.003%。其相对标准偏差为1.9~6.4%。In this paper make use plate grating spcctrograph PGS-2, linear dispersion 0.36nm/mm and plasma therm ICP-5000D radio frequency generator; the sample aerosolized in the ethanol and dcsolvation way introduces to ICP, five trace rare earth impurities in high purity metallic Cerium with 99.99% purity could be direct analysed simultaneously. The effect of the matrix concentrations on detection limits, the calculation and correction of spectral interferences in ICP-AES have been described for rare earth element interfering with one another. For the the sample solution containing 5mg/ml of Ce, detection limits were 0.001% for La, Nd and Y, 0.003% for Pr and Sm.
