摘　　要：对液氨泵在使用过程中机械密封的失效现象进行分析研究 ,参数核算 ,确定出失效的原因 ,由此确定出改造措施。在大庆天然气公司的液氨泵上应用 ,密封性能和使用寿命得到了提高 ,改善了工作环境 ,经济效益非常显著。同时也为解决易挥发性介质的密封问题提供了参考。Inactivation phenomena of mechanical seal are analyzed and studied for ammonia pump in use process, some parameters are recalculated, reasons of fault are determined and improvement measures are put forward. The measures are applied to ammonia pumps in Daqing Natural Gas Company, satisfied results are obtained in sealing performance and service life, better work environment is acquired, and commercial benefit is notable. Some valuable references of resolving sealing problems of some volatile mediums are given.
