摘　　要：本文对冷锻用线材表面润滑膜润滑性能的评价方法进行了探讨和研究 ,设计并制造了一种简单方便 ,易于现场操作 ,摩擦状态敏感性极佳的新型试验装置 。The purpose of this research is to develop a simple evaluation method that can be carried out easily at the forging shop and so that may be employed as the accepting check method of wires for the cold forging processes. An extrusion with bulge deformation type tribo-test has been developed and the tribo\|rating index of conversion film λ is proposed. The evaluation results of usually used conversion films are consistent with their performance in the actual industrial cold forging processes.
