摘  要:傅里叶自重卷积解谱技术可以有效地提高实验谱的分辨率,然而解谱后的信噪比明显下降。本文提出一种新的变迹函数(动态变迹函数),它可以在提高分辨率的同时使信噪比基本保持不变,用它来处理由软X射线弯品谱仪得到的Fe的Lα和Lβ实验谱线获得了十分满意的结果,解谱后得到了Lα和Lβ之间的许多短波伴线,跟理论计算值符合很符合。In this paper, a new type of apodization function in the Fourier self-deconvolution technique is described. The major difference between this apodization and others is that the halfwidth of the original line shape is considered in the new apodization. Consequently, the ratio of signal-to-noisc of a spectrum resulting from the Fourier self-deconvolution procedurc is not highly dependent on K, where the K is the factor by which we are able to improve the spectral resolution through the procedure. This advantage is particularly important if the hihger value of K is expected. An example of the application of the new apodization to the Lα and Lβ line spectrum of Fe measured by means of a curved crystal X-ray spectrometer is presented, in which the wave length resolution, λ/Δλ, is imporved by a factor of 3, with a good ratio of signal-to-noise of 1000.
