摘  要:建立了 C- Mn钢在控制轧制和控制冷却生产中微观组织演变和力学性能预测的物理冶金模型。模型包括加热、再结晶、相变和力学性能四部分 ,分别描述了带钢热轧及冷却过程中的物理冶金现象。根据现场数据 ,计算了轧制过程奥氏体晶粒尺寸和再结晶分数的演变 ,预测了在不同工艺条件下连续冷却转变各相的体积分数和铁素体的晶粒尺寸等显微组织参数和相关的力学性能 。A physico metallurgical model has been developed to predict microstructure and mechanical properties of C Mn steel strip after controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The model consists of four modules:reheating,recrystallization,phase transformation and mechanical properties.The metallurgical phenomena occurring during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process are considered respectively.Using the present model,the processes of physical metallurgy such as recrystallization,grain growth and phase transformation,can be predicted according to process parameters.The mechanical properties of the hot strip such as tensile strength and yield strength can also be calculated based on obtained microstructure. The predicted values are in good agreement with the measured.
