摘　　要：采用焊条电弧焊、气体保护焊、埋弧焊以及焊接热模拟的方法 ,研究了 WDB62 0钢焊接接头力学性能及抗冷裂性能。结果表明 :当焊接热输入小于 3 5 k J/ cm时 ,可以获得良好的焊接接头性能 ;非调质工艺生产的 WDB62The performance and anti cold cracking performance of welding joint of WDB620 steel were studied by SMAW (shielded metal arc welding)?GMAW(gas metal arc welding)?SAW (submerged arc welding) and hot simulation method of welding. The results show the good performance of welding joint can be obtained with a heat input less than 35 kJ/cm.The non QT steel (WDB620)has low welding cold crack sensitivity.
