摘　　要：重点介绍了安钢中板厂 2 80 0 mm四辊轧机在降低轧辊消耗中采用的通过雪橇轧制增加轧辊淬硬层的技术 ;改变成分结构 ,增加轧辊回火索氏体的数量 ,减轻热裂纹的技术 ;减轻支撑辊边部硬化程度 。Some techniques applied to reduce roller consumption and results achieved on 2800 mm four high rolling mill at Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd, including of increasing hardened layer thickness through sled rolling, of reducing hot cracking through chemical composition adjustment to increase tempered sorbite in roller, and reducing backup roller edge hardenability to prevent roller edge damage are introduced.
