摘　　要：使用硬质合金刮削滚刀 ,应用正交试验法 ,对渗碳淬火双圆弧齿轮 (齿面硬度 5 8HRC～ 6 2HRC)进行了刮削加工工艺试验研究。推荐了适用的刮削工艺规范。采用此规范加工的齿轮在工业现场应用良好。Based on orthogonal test method and hardening alloy steal hob, a study on shaving technology of carbonization hardening double-circular-arc gears in accomplished, a appropriate technology specification is recommended, gears produced under the specfication have been used in some industry applications excellently
