摘　　要：目的 :建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定 8 甲氧补骨脂素脂质体凝胶中主药含量的方法。方法 :采用C1 8柱 ,甲醇 水(70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 9nm ,氢化可的松为内标。结果 :8 甲氧补骨脂素在 0 .8～ 8mg·L- 1 (r =0 .9999,n =6)浓度范围内呈线性关系 ,其平均回收率为 98.2 6 %～ 99.46 % ;RSD为 0 .50 %～ 1 .58%。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确。OBJECTIVE To establish an RP HPLC method for determination of 8 methoxypsoralen in its lipogel.METHODS C 18 column was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixture composed of methanol water (70∶30) was used as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 249 nm.RESULTS The method was linear over the range of 0.8 ～8 μg·mL -1 ( r= 0.9999 ,n=6 ). The average recovery and RSD were 98.26 %～ 99.46 %, 0.50 %～ 1.58% respectively.CONCLUSIONS A simple, sensitive,rapid, and reliable method for quantitative analysis of 8 methoxypsoralen in lipogel was established without interference of excipients.
