摘 要:目的 对培养猪肝细胞型混合生物人工肝支持系统治疗肝衰竭的可行性进行初步评价。方法 采用自行研制的以新生实验小型猪肝细胞为基础的混合生物人工肝支持系统 ,对 5例慢性重型肝炎患者进行体外人工肝支持 ,综合评价其临床疗效和安全性。结果 5例患者经混合人工肝支持后 ,肝衰竭均得到不同程度的控制 ,表现为临床症状和肝衰竭相关指标好转 ,肝性脑病改善。最终 2例好转出院 ,1例经肝移植存活 ,2例死亡 ,死亡原因与不良反应无关。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of a hybrid bioartificial liver support system with porcine hepatocytes in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis. Methods A total of 5 patients with chronic severe hepatitis received the extracorporeal artificial liver support using a self commanded hybrid bioartificial liver support system based on the hepatocytes of experimental suckling minipigs. Both curative effect and security of the system were estimated. Results Liver failure of the 5 patients was controlled by the hybrid bioartificial liver support system. Their clinical symptoms, hepatic encephalopathy and liver failure markedly improved after treatment. Two of the 5 patients recovered completely. One was bridged to liver transplantation and 2 died, but the death was not related to the harmful reaction of artificial liver support. Conclusion The hybrid bioartificial liver system with porcine hepatocytes can be used as an auxiliary supporting and treating method for chronic severe hepatitis.
