摘 要:通过对紫草油脂肪酸尿素包合后的液相及固相中脂肪酸组成的分析 ,确定尿素包合法分离提纯含两种以上多烯脂肪酸的效果 .实验采用色 -质联用仪 ,分析测试了紫草油脂肪酸经尿素包合后固相和液相中脂肪酸的组成 .结果表明 ,尿素包合法可以富集多烯不饱和脂肪酸 ,使液相中亚油酸、亚麻酸、十八碳四烯酸三种多烯脂肪酸的质量分数高达 94 6 % ,单烯和饱和脂肪酸的质量分数降为 5 4 % ,但与尿素形成固相包合物的脂肪酸中亚油酸、亚麻酸、十八碳四烯酸三种多烯脂肪酸的质量分数仍达 6 6 4 % .因此 ,采用一次尿素包合法分离提纯含两种以上的多烯脂肪酸的植物油效果不很理想 。The ingredients of fatty acid from lithospermun erythrorhizon oil in both solid and liquid phases after urea inclusion were analysed to establish the effectivenss of purification and separation of more than two kinds of fatty acid with more than one double-bond using GC/MS. The results indicate that urea inclusion can assemble unsaturated fatty acid with more than one double-bond. The mass fraction of lindenic acid, linoleic acid and arachidonic acid can reach 94 6%; the mass fraction of saturated fatty acid and fatty acid with one double-bond was 5 4%. But in the urea inclusion, the mass fraction of above three kinds of unsaturated fatty acid was still 66 4%. It was shown that if only urea inclusion was used to purify and separate unsaturated fatty acid with more than one double-bond from lithospermum erythrorhizon oil, the result was not very good, and the method should be combined with column chromatography for further purification and separation.
