摘 要:基于MATLAB图形及影像处理技术 ,开发了适用于处理聚合物 /粘土纳米复合材料 (PCN)微观结构形态的应用程序。应用程序包含边界探测和颗粒尺寸分析两个子程序 ,具有探测孤立颗粒边界和计算颗粒尺寸功能。应用该程序分析了聚丙烯 /蒙脱土 (PP/MMT)纳米复合材料初级结构的TEM照片 ,得到蒙脱土片层在PP基体中的微观结构形态和尺寸分布。结果表明 :该图像分析技术能够快速有效地确定PCN的TEM照片中粘土片层的形状和尺寸。此外 。Based on the basis of the analysis technique for figures and images of MATLAB,an image processing method for analyzing the microstructure morphology of polymer/clay nano composites(PCN)was established The programs were composed of two subprograms for boundary detecting and particle size determining,which could be used to detect boundaries and calculate sizes of isolated particles TEM images of PP/montmorillonite(PP/MMT)were analyzed by using this program The microstructure morphology and size of particles of montmorillonite in PP matrix were achieved The results revealed that the shape and size of the clay in the TEM image of PCN could be determined effectively and promptly by using this image analysis technique It could also be used to analyze the morphology of immiscible polymer blends as well
