摘  要:通过对不同地区奶牛红细胞膜物理特性的测定来说明硒对奶牛红细胞膜物理特性的影响。实验结果表明 ,由于硒含量的不同 ,奶牛红细胞膜物理特性有所不同 ,表现为低硒组奶牛红细胞膜流动性降低 ,微黏度增加 ,渗透脆性增加。经冰冻蚀刻电镜对蛋白形态进行观察 ,低硒组奶牛红细胞膜蛋白微粒分布稀少 ,个别区域有丛簇状分布。Effects of Selenium on cow's erythrocyte membrane physical characteristic is illustrated through the physical characteristic measure of erythrocyte membrane from different region's cow.The results indicated that there was some difference about cow's erythrocyte membrane physical characteristic because of the different Selenium content.The alteration was shown that fluidity was decreased,microviscosity and osmotic fragility were strengthen in the low Selenium content group.Observation of protein morphology by freeze-etching electron microscope showed that erythrocyte membrane protein particle was scarcely distributed but in some regions of eythrocyte membrane it was clustered.
