摘　　要：酶联免疫吸附技术是一项先进的免疫化学测定技术,目前正愈来愈广泛地应用于饲料安全检测,本文简要介绍了酶联免疫吸附法的原理在饲料安全检测中的运用及其试验的条件要求。Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is an advanced measuring tecbnology of immuno-chemistry and applying widely in security inspection of feed now.This article plans to introduce the principle of ELISA and its application in security inspection of feed,also the requirements of its testing condition.
