百草圣注射液抗感染作用的试验研究

摘　　要：将大肠杆菌注入小鼠的膀胱后观察药物对细菌上行感染肾脏的抑制作用;家兔静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素后观察药物对细菌内毒素引起机体发热的影响;采用大鼠足趾炎性肿胀模型观察药物对炎性肿胀及机械压迫足趾疼痛的抑制作用。结果百草圣注射液治疗动物感染性疾病的作用机制主要与其清除体内细菌感染和减轻发热、肿胀、疼痛等炎症反应有关。The kidneys were examined for the anti -infections axtion of BCSI on retrograde infection after injecting escherichia coli into urocysts of mice.Rabbits iv with the endotoxin of E.coli were used to observe the effects of BCSI on the fever induced by bacterial endotoxin.Also in this experiment,the inflammatory edema model induced by carrageenan in rat was used to test the inhibition of BCSI on both the inflammatory edema and the pain provoked by pressuring foot mechanically.Results BCSI ig remarkably decreased the percentage of kedney section carrier caused by retrograde infection of E.coil.The mechanism of BCSI on the treatment of urinary infectiye diseases are mainly assoassociated with clearing bacteria and alleviating inflammatory symptoms such as fever,edema and pain,etc.
