摘  要:采用人工合成亚比棉(A2G1)的双二倍体为母本,以[AD]复合染色体组的[陆地棉(AD)1×黄褐棉(AD)4]为父本.杂交后获得棉属A、D、G三染色体组的1个四元杂交种A2G1×[(AD)1×(AD)4],并对其F1植株形态特征、花粉粒生活力及色素腺体的分布进行观察研究,其F1植株具有两亲本的一些形态特征,如叶片、花器等;也有超亲本性状出现如腺体、叶片6裂等。但该四元杂种花粉高度不育,目前正在进行染色体加倍技术及回交,以便克服四元杂交种不育的困难。Artificial synthesis-allotetrapliod [G. arboreum×G. bickii] (A2A2G1G1), hybridized with [G. hirsutum×G. caicoense] { (AD)1 ×(AD)4 } with [AD] Complex Genome, an quardrispecific hybrid was obtained with A, D and G genomes. Study was made on its morphic characteristic, viability of pollen grain and number of pigmentary gland, it was found that F1 plant has many traits of its parents, such as its morphic traits of leaves and blossom etc. But others are transgressive, for instance, the characteristic of pigmentary gland and six-lobes-leaf etc. And the quardrispecific hybrid is sterile, because its pollen grain did not have the viability of pollination. At present researches are done to duplicate and backross the quardrispecific hybrid, so that to solue the problem of sterility.
