摘  要:在大田条件下,选取从全国各地收集的400余份玉米自交系,在低磷和高磷2个供磷水平下初步进行玉米耐低磷种质资源的筛选。选用磷效率有显著差异的11份玉米自交系,在拔节期探讨了株高、叶面积及生物产量与磷效率的相关关系,结果表明:在2个供磷条件下,株高与磷效率均达到显著正相关,而叶面积与磷效率相关性较差。在磷胁迫条件下,生物产量与磷效率有很好的相关性,在高磷下不表现相关性,表明,在低磷条件下,株高对生物产量的影响较大.高磷条件下,叶面积的作用较大,次级性状如株高、生物产量可以加速磷高效种质资源的筛选。Under low and high soil P application levels, eleven of four hundred maize inbred lines used in China were selected to study the relationship between plant height, leave area, biomass and P efficiency in jointing stage in the field. The main results are summarized as follows: 1) Plant height correlated to P efficiency positively at two P levels. 2) No positive correlation was found between leaf area and P efficiency at two P supply. 3) In P stress condition, shoot biomass which was decided mainly by plant height correlated positively with phosphorus efficiency, whereas no such relationship was found at high P supply, therefore, secondary traits, such as plant height, shoot biomass, etc. May be used to accelerate the process in selecting high P efficiency genotypes especially at low P condition.
