客车涂装中“痱子”的成因及防治

摘　　要：聚氨酯漆广泛用于中高档客车的涂装,由于采用强制固化方式,极易出现“痱子”等涂装弊病,影响涂膜外观质量。从涂装工艺和材料两方面分析了产生“痱子”的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。Polyurethane paints are widely applied on the high-grade passenger buses. The appearance of the coating film is largely influenced by the “seeds”on the film due to the forced curing methods. The causes resulting the seeds on the film are analyzed in terms of the finishing process and raw materials. The corresponding countermeasures are proposed then.
