摘　　要：报道了新的医药中间体2 氯 4,5 二氟苯甲酸合成研究结果。以邻二氟苯为原料,经氯化、酰化、氧化三步反应及粗品精制工艺合成2 氯 4,5 二氟苯甲酸。氯化收率83%,酰化收率86%,酰化产品氧化和粗品精制收率60%。合成总收率为42.8%,产品纯度达到98%以上。The results of study on the synthesis of 2chloro4,5difluorobenzoic acids that is a new medical intermediate is reported. This product is prepared by the chlorization, acylation, oxidation of orthodifluorobenzene as the material and the purification of raw product. The yield for chlorization and acylation is 83% and 86%, respectively. The yield for acylation product by oxidation and purification is 60%, and the overall yield is 42.8%. The product purity is over 98%.
