低荧光惰性降滤失剂XNJ-3的性能评价

摘  要:为了兼顾探井、生产井(开发井)和环境保护等的要求,以直链饱和烃为原料,采用分散与聚集相平衡原理,研制成功了低荧光、低毒的钻井液惰性降滤失剂XNJ-3。对XNJ-3在淡水、正电胶和高密度盐水钻井液中的作用进行了综合评价,并与磺化沥青进行了对比。结果表明,XNJ-3惰性降滤失剂具有良好的降滤失、润滑、防塌、封堵能力,抗温能力强(150℃以上)、抗盐能力强(7%NaCl+7%KCOOH),与疏水缔合聚合物AP-P1、甲酸钾等处理剂配伍性好,并在高温(150℃)高密度(密度为2.0g/cm3)钻井液中表现出良好的降滤失效果和改善流变性能的能力;可用于正电胶MMH钻井液体系,且无荧光、低毒,整体效果明显优于磺化沥青HL-Ⅱ和SAS。Considering the requirements of exploratory well and development well, as well as environmental protection, low fluorescent and low poisonous inert filtration reducer XNJ-3 was successfully developed by using straight chain saturation alkane and the equilibrium principle of dispersion and collection. The effect of XNJ-3 in fresh water, MMH and high density salt water mud was evaluated comprehensively and was compared with sulphonating asphalt. The results show that XNJ-3 has many advantages such as filtration reducing, lubrication, anti-collapsing, plugging, strong heat resistance (>150℃),strong salt resistance (7%NaCL+7%KCOOH) etc. . XNJ-3 has good compatibility with AP-P1 and KCOOH, nice filtration reducing and rheological property in high temperature(150℃) and high density (2. 0 g/cm3) mud system. It is a good filtration reducer in MMH mud and better than sulphonating asphalts such as HL-#, SAS. Because of these reasons, XNJ-3 become a good substitute for sulphonating asphalts.
