摘 要:草桥油田的古潜山裂缝比较发育,钻井过程中漏失严重,钻井施工时钻井液只进不出,大量的钻井液或清水进入油气层,严重破坏了油气层。引进了第一台大型制氮设备,采用现场制氮、充氮降低钻井液的当量密度,减轻漏失和油气藏伤害。现场应用结果表明,采用欠平衡充气钻井技术,利于开发高压低渗油气藏;使用充气设备有效地降低了钻井液的当量密度,提高了机械钻速;减少了钻井液的漏失,保护了油气层;充气提高了环空返速,有利于携带岩屑,即使在钻井液切力较低和泵排量较低的情况下,仍具有良好的携带能力;特别是地层压力系数小、易漏失的地层必须采用充气的方法才能实现真正的欠平衡钻井,达到减少或防止漏失从而保护油气层的目的。Due to the fracture development of buried hill oil reservoir in Caoqiao oilfield, severe problem of lost circulation has been encountered during drilling, causing damage to the reservoir. However, a large equipment for producing Nitrogen has been used in horizontal well for the first time. Field application indicates that many achievements have been obtained, i. e. , it is beneficial for exploiting the high pressure and low permeable reservoir with the using of under balanced aerated drilling technique; minimizing the equivalent density of drilling fluid and improving ROP because of using aerated equipment in field; decreasing the loss of drilling fluid and protecting formation; increasing upward annular velocity to advantageously carry the cuttings, even in the conditions of low shearing force and low flow rate, the drilling fluid has good carrying ability; especially, in the formation of low pore pressure factor and lost circulation, it must use the technique of aerated drilling fluid to realize the real under balance drilling.
