摘  要:“未动用石油储藏”包括两种:一种是技术水平未达到的开采条件苛刻的油藏领域;一种是技术条件可以达到但受经济、交通限制未开采或未发现的油藏,具体而言,未动用储量主要是指难动储量和非常规储量。降低成本是基于满足固井工程要求这一基点出发的。开发未动用储藏要求固井作业解决的技术问题概括起来有几个方面:水泥浆与水泥石性能同时兼优的问题;小眼井固井水泥浆体系;有效防止钻井“狗腿”处抗震抗射孔裂的韧性水泥浆体系;耐温在240℃以上的特高温水泥浆体系;浅层、深水层和深层防气窜水窜的水泥浆体系;水平井固井水泥浆体系;提高打水泥塞成功率的水泥浆体系;提高一、二界面胶结强度的水泥浆体系;在保障性能基础上各类水泥浆体系的降低成本问题。介绍了开发未动用石油储藏的低成本高性能水泥浆体系。The undeveloped reservoirs are consist of two kinds of reservoir, one is the reservoir re-quired rigorous development conditions which are unattainable at present, and the other is exploitable under the nonce technology conditions but still undeveloped or not found limited by economy or traffic, i. e. , the undeveloped reservoirs are that reservoirs difficult or unconventional to develop. To develop the undeveloped reservoir requires resolving many key technologies in cementing such as wheth- er cement slurry and cement stone are excellent simultaneously, cement slurry system for cementing small hole, malleable cement slurry system for anti-knocking and cracking-resistant in dogleg, heat resisting (over 240 'C ) , preventing gas or water channeling in shallow lay and deeper reservoir, cementing horizontal wells, improving the successful rate of drilling plug, improving the cement strength of cement slurry in boundaries, decreasing the treating cost based on keeping good properties of the system, etc. . A low cost and high performance cement slurry system for developing the undeveloped reservoir is presented in this paper.
