摘 要:探讨了库仑滴定法测定银杏叶中总黄酮含量的条件。用乙醇回流法提取银杏叶中的总黄酮,用聚酰胺净化,以2mol/LHCl 1mol/LKBr 无水EtOH[V(HCl)∶V(KBr)∶V(EtOH)=3∶3∶2]混合液为电解液,死停法确定滴定终点,经测定银杏叶中总黄酮的含量为2.27%,测定的精密度RSD=1.25%,回收率为101.25%,并与分光度法进行了比较。?Total flavonoids in ginkgo bilobal leaves were determined by caulometry.The coulometric titration conditions were studied.After solvent extration of the ginkgo bilobal leaves,flavonoids were seperated by column chramatograph.The coulometric titration was carried out in a mixture of 2?mol/L HCl1?mol/L KBrEtOH(3∶3∶2).The end point was detected by the deadstop method.The result showed that the total flavonoids was 2.27%.The advantages of this method are simple,rapid,accurate and can be used to analyze small sample.
