摘  要:应用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法,得出了极化子内部激发态与耦合强度和磁场的关系。数值计算结果表明:随耦合常数α的增加,振动频率λ先减小后增加;随磁场强度的增加,λ单调增加。当α不变时,单电子激发态能量E11、E12以及其能量差ΔE1随磁场强度的增加而增加;当磁场强度不变时,只有α较大时,单电子激发态才能出现;当α给定时,随磁场强度的增大,单电子激发态的Landau能E11L、E12L及其差ΔE1L存在极大值;而磁场强度不变时,它们也是随α的增大而增大。The variational relations of the internal excited states of polaron with coupling strength and magnetic field were derived by using the linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods.The numerical calculation indicates that the vibration frequency λ firstly falls and late increase with increasing coupling constant α,λ monotonous increases with increasing magnetic field strength.When α is constant,the singal electron excited state energies E11,E12 and their difference ΔE1 increase with increasing magnetic field strength,and when magnetic field strength is constant,the signal electron excited states may occur when α is larger,E11,E12 firstly decrease and late increase with increasing α;showing the signal electron excited state energy level has split in magnetic field with ΔE1≠0 when α is a constant,Landau energies E11L,E12L and their difference ΔE1L of signal electron excited state firstly rise to maximums;fall and when magnetic field strength is a constant,E11L,E12L and ΔE1L also increase to maximums with increasing α.As for higher excited states,they can not occur because the potential is shallow.
