摘 要:河北某金矿矿石属中硫含铜难浸金矿石,其中包裹金含量达28.77%。该矿石常规全泥氰化金浸出率仅为51.78%。本试验在堆浸前对矿石进行了细菌氧化预处理,试验结果表明:0-5mm粒级矿石经45d氧化后,Fe的氧化率为28.16%,S的氧化率为25.43%,Cu的氧化率为44.62%,氰化堆浸金的浸出率可达80.35%。The mineral of a certain gold mine in Hebei province belongs to refactory medium-sulphur gold ore containing copper,of which the content of gold wrapped is about 28.77%.The conventional all-sliming cyaniding rate is only 51.78%.In the experment,the ore is pretreated by bacteria oxidation before heap leaching.The result of the experiment shows that after 45 days bio-oxidation,the removing rate of iron of the ore in 0~5mm grain size is 28.16%,while the removing rates of sulphur and copper are 25.43% and 44.62% respectively,Meanwhile the cyaniding heap-leaching rate of gold is up to 80.30%.
