摘 要:研究6种印楝种仁提取物(编号为A,B,C,D,E,F)对瓜叶螟(Diaphaniaindica)幼虫的拒食活性。室内试验结果表明;印楝的6种提取物稀释10倍时,对瓜叶螟幼虫具有较强的拒食活性。24h非选择性拒食率分别为D100.0%,B96.1%,A93.2%,E87.5%,C76.5%,F66.6%;在稀释100倍时,处理后24h,提取物D对瓜叶螟幼虫具有较好的拒食作用,拒食率为96.5%,C 61.6%,其他4种拒食活性较差。The antifeedant activities of6neem kernel extracts(No.A,B,C,D,E,F)(Aradirachta spp.)were tested on the Diaphania indica larvae.The laboratory test demonstrated that the six extracts had very strong antifeedant activities when they were diluted ten times.The non-selective antifeedant efficiency was100.00%for extract D,96.1%for extract C,93.2%for extract A,87.5%for extract E,76.5%for extract C and66.7%for extract F.When diluted100times,the extract D had the strongest antifeedant effect on the Diaphania indica larvae.Its antifeedant efficiency was96.5%after treated for24h,followed by the extract E that had an efficiency of61.6%.The other extracts had low antifeedant efficiency.
