缺锌对雏鸭免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：1日龄天府肉鸭 10 0只分为 2组 ,喂以缺锌 (Zn 2 2 9mg)和对照 (Zn 10 0mg)日粮 7周 ,观察缺锌对免疫功能的影响。缺锌组免疫器官的绝对重量、生长指数和淋巴细胞生长周期以及外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE+阳性率、血清免疫球蛋白含量和红细胞C3b受体花环、免疫复合物花环率显著降低 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;病理组织学观察 ,免疫器官淋巴细胞显著减少并呈退行性变 ,网状细胞变性坏死 ,电镜下淋巴细胞胞核固缩或溶解 ,细胞器消失 ,网状细胞粗面内质网扩张 ,线粒体肿胀 ,出现大小不等的溶酶体、吞噬体和自噬体。结果表明 ,缺锌严重抑制免疫器官生长发育和外周血T淋巴细胞活化 ,显著降低血清免疫球蛋白含量和红细胞免疫功能 ,并对免疫器官造成明显的病理损伤 ,导致免疫功能下降。day-old Tianfu ducklins were divided into two groups,and fed diets on follow:Zn deficient(Zn 22.9 mg) and controls(Zn100 mg) for seven weeks.The absolute weight and growth index of immune organs,the ANAE+ positive ratio of peripheral blood lymphocytes,the serum immune globulin contents,and the C 3bRR &ICR ratio of red blood cells were much lower in Zn deficient group than those in the control group.Lymphocytes of the immune organs was depleted,degenerated and necrotic in Zn deficient group histopathologically.Ultrastructurally,the pyknosis and karyolysis of nucleus were appeared,and the second cell structure was disappeared in the lymphocyte of immune organs.The rough endoplasmic reticulum dilatation,mitochondria swelling,and the big or small lysosomes,heterophagic vacuoles and autophagic vacuoles were observed in the reticular cell of thymus in Zn deficient ducklings.Results demonstrated that Zn deficiency seriously inhibited the growth of immune organs and the activation of peripheral blood lymphocytes,and markedly reduced the serum immune globulin contents and red blood cell immune function.At the same time,Zn deficiency caused the obvious pathological injury of the immune organs.Function of the body fluid immunity and cell immunity was finally impaired.
