摘  要:目的 探讨食蟹猴疟原虫感染恒河猴后原虫密度消长和抗体滴度变化及相互关系。 方法 食蟹猴疟原虫实验感染恒河猴后 ,在 7年多的时间内 ,定期进行病原学检测和疟疾荧光抗体检测 ,记录分析原虫密度消长和抗体滴度变化等数据。 结果 实验恒河猴接种食蟹猴疟原虫后 ,最早 3d可检出原虫 ,12~ 19d可达到原虫血症高峰期 ,2 483d(时间最长者 )时还可检出原虫 ;荧光抗体试验显示感染第 8d时可检出阳性 ( 1∶ 2 0 ) ,15 8~ 181d达到高峰滴度 ( 1∶ 6 40~ 1∶ 2 5 6 0 ) ,持续 6 0~ 85 d后抗体滴度逐渐下降 ,到实验结束时各猴抗体滴度还保持在 1∶ 40~ 1∶ 16 0。 结论 食蟹猴疟原虫是一种比较理想的实验虫种 ,用它在疟疾研究和抗疟工作中适时的替代间日疟原虫能获得较好的效果。Objectives To find out the relationship between the density of plasmodium and serological antibody level in the Macaca mulatta infected with Plasmodium cynomolgi. Methods Twelve M. mulatta infected with P. cynomolgi were period carried out for pathogen and IFAT, and the data about plasmodium increasing, decreasing density and antibody level also recorded during 7 years. Results The earliest appearance time of parasitimiae in monkey blood was the third day after infected, the peak density occurred in day 12-19 and maintained it for more than 5 months. Even in day 2 483, P. cynomolgi was still found out. The IFAT indicated that the earliest antibody appeared in day 8 with antibody dilution 1∶20. It reached the top was in day 158-181 with antibody dilution 1∶640-2 560, and kept this level for 60-85 days, then gradually descended. At the end of experiment, the antibody level still kept on 1∶40. Conclusion The P. cynomolgi was valuable parasite strain for establishing animal model. It could instead of Plasmodium vivax for diagnosis material such as antigen in malaria control progamme.
