摘  要:目的 探讨儿童手部清洁卫生与蛲虫感染之间的关系。 方法 实验组开展洗手活动 ,对照组不开展洗手活动。 1年中每 2个月用透明胶纸肛周拭擦法 ,连检 3d,比较实验组和对照组中 ,试验前蛲虫感染阴性者 ,每次复查的新感染率 ;试验前蛲虫感染阳性驱虫半月后复查转阴者 ,每次复查的再感染率。 结果 每 2个月复查 1次 ,按每次复查累计计算的新感染率、再感染率和合计感染率 ,都是实验组低于对照组 ,其中再感染率和合计感染率从第 4个月起 ,新感染率从第 8个月起 ,差异有显著或非常显著性 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 0 1)。 1年后复查 ,蛲虫感染率实验组为 14.5 1% ,比项目前的 33.5 0 %下降了 5 6 .6 9% ;对照组为 34.93% ,比项目前的 2 1.74%上升了 6 0 .6 7%。 结论 每日用香皂洗手保持手部清洁卫生 ,可以显著降低蛲虫感染率。Objective To approach the relationship between keeping childrens hands clean and hygiene and infection with Enterobius vermiculoaris. Methods Hand-washing activity was conducted in experimental group, but not in control group. Perianal examination with cellophane swab was done once every two months in one year, each time for continuous 3 days to compare the new infection rate of each reexamination among the children without E. vermicularis infection before the experiment, and the reinfection rate of each reexamination among the previous positive cases who turned to negative in half month after deworming. Results Reexamination was done once every two months. The accumulated new infection rates, reinfection rates and total infection rate from each reexamination of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, of which significant or very significant difference was found in the reinfection rate and total infection rate from the 4th month on and in the new infection rate from the 8th month on (P<0.05 or P<0.001). Reexamination one year later showed that the E. vermicularis infection rate of the experimental group was 14.51%, which was reduced by 56.69% in comparison with the 33.50% before the operation of the project; and E. vermicularis infection rate of the control group was 34.93%, which increased by 60.67% in comparison with the 21.74% before the operation of the project. Conclusion Washing hands with toilet soap to keep hands clean could reduce E.vermicularis infection rate significantly.
