摘　　要：通过多年的实践和摸索,利用SQLServer7.0和Delphi5.0成功地开发了一套功能强大的医院感染管理网络信息系统。具体内容包括:医院感染卫生学监测系统、医院感染病例监测系统、抗菌药物合理应用监控系统及医院感染综合查询分析系统。该系统可在医院范围内将检验科、感染科、住院科室等感染监控相关科室组建成一个医院感染监控网,实现全院范围内的数据共享和通讯,能及时、准确、客观地反映医院感染动态信息;全套系统具备自动评价与分析功能,结构灵活,客户化应用能力强;这套系统大大提高了感染管理专职人员的工作效率和工作质量,具备一定的推广应用价值。By exploring and practicing for a few years,we design a series of hospital infect supervise net software which are high performance by using SQL Server 7.0 as database and Delphi5.0 as program tool.These systems include the hospital infect hygiene supervise system,The hospital infect case supervise system,The analysis system of antibiotic reasonable applying and the hospital infect integrate search and analyze system.Through these systems we can build a hospital infect net which connects the infect department,the test department and those in patient departments into together,in this way,not only we can share hospital infect data and communicate with each other,but also we can know the dynamic hospital infect information exactly in time;These systems are of ability such as automatic appraising and analyzing,and they are provided with flexible structure and excel utility,they can help us improve our work efficiency,it is very useful to spread them.
