摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声在食管静脉曲张诊断中的价值。方法 :用超声检查 10 4例肝硬化患者 ,其中合并食管静脉曲张者 48例 ,不伴食管静脉曲张者 5 6例。结果 :超声诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为 92 %和 89%。声像图上 ,曲张静脉表现为无回声区。曲张组食管下段前后径、左右径及管壁厚度均较非曲张组增大 (P <0 0 1)。结论Objective:To assess the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of esophageal varices.Methods:One hundred and four patients with liver cirrhosis, including 48 cirrhotic patients with esophageal varices and 56 cirrhotic patients without esophageal varices, were examined by ultrasonography.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography in the two groups were 92% and 89%, respectively.On the ultrasonograms,the varices appeared as anechoic areas. The sagittal and transverse diameters and the wall thickness of the distal end of the esophagus were significantly greater in patients with esophageal varices than those without esophageal varices( P <0 01).Conclusions:Ultrasonography has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of esophageal varices.
