精神科单病种住院费用的核定及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨影响精神科单病种住院费用的因素 ,为建立切实可行的精神科单病种住院费用标准提供依据。方法　应用SPSS统计软件包对住院病人的基本分布、费用构成、人口学和临床学指标进行分析。结果　影响精神科单病种住院费用的主要因素为病种、性别、住院天数、疗效、医院等级。结论　根据精神科单病种住院费用的影响因素 ,制定市、区级不同等级精神科医院的单病种住院费用标准 ,有利于提高医疗质量 ,满足病人的基本医疗需求。Objective To investigate the expenses of mono-disorder of mental illness and its regularly influencing factors.Methods All data of the structures of hospitalizing expenses, effects of treatment, days of hospitalization and expenses of different mental disorders were carefully analyzed with SPSS software.Results We found that the major factors influencing inpatients' expenses of mono-disorder were following, including sex, days of staying in the hospital, effects of therapy and the ratio of mental disorders in the hospital.Conclusion According to the results above, we suggest that it is necessary to establish a standardized expenses of hospitalization for different mono-disorder and different hospitals, so that the patient will get more service well and improve the quality of medical care.
