摘 要:采用4种方法合成了膦酰基羧酸聚合物(POCA):①以次磷酸钠与丙酮反应生成中间体,再与丙烯酸(AA)及2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)聚合,生成物用次氯酸钠氧化得目标产物;②亚磷酸二乙酯与AA、AMPS在二特丁基过氧化物引发剂存在下进行调聚反应,然后用浓盐酸水解。③AA与AMPS的共聚物与三氯化磷在环丁砜中反应。④以双氧水为引发剂,AA、AMPS与亚磷酸在水溶液中聚合反应得目标产物。同时研究了不同方法下合成的产品对碳酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙和锌盐沉积的抑制能力。结果表明:①随加药量的增加,不同方法合成出的4种产品对碳酸钙的抑制能力提高,POCA-1和POCA-2的性能相当,优于POCA-4和POCA-3;②不同方法合成出的产品对磷酸钙的抑制能力存在"临界值"效应,即当加药浓度低时阻垢能力较差,当加药质量浓度超过一定值后,抑制能力迅速提高到100%,方法1,3和4合成出的产品临界值为20mg/L,方法2为15mg/L;③4种产品对硫酸钙沉淀均有较好的抑制能力;随加药量的增加,4种产品对硫酸钙的抑制能力提高。产品POCA-1,POCA-2和POCA-3性能相当;④4种方法合成的产品对锌盐沉积具有优良的抑制作用,随加药量的增加,其稳定锌盐的能力提高,其中POCA-2和POCA-4的性能基本相当,优于POCA-1和POCA-3。考虑产品的综合性能,方法2所合成的产品?Cotelpmer of phosphonocarboxylic acid(POCA) was synthesized by four methods.①Sodium hypophosphite reacted with acetone,then polymerized with acrylic acid(AA) and 2acrylamido2methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and the product was oxidized by sodium hypochlorite.②Using ditertbutyl peroxide as initiator,diethyl phosphite reacted with AA and AMPS,then hydrolyzed with conc. hydrochloric acid.③The copolymer of AA and AMPS reacted with PCl3 in sulfolane.④Using H2O2 as initiator,H3PO3 reacted with AA and AMPS.The performances of the products from four different methods(denoted by POCA-1,POCA-2,POCA-3,POCA-4) to inhibit scaling of CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2,CaSO4 and Zn(OH)2 were studied.The ability of scaling inhibition toward CaCO3 enhanced as the concentration of products increased,POCA-1 and POCA-2 being better than POCA-3 and POCA-4.There existed 'critial value'effect in scaling inhibition toward Ca3(PO4)2,i.e. when the concentration is low,the ability is bad,but when the concentration surpasses some value,the ability of scaling inhibition increases rapidly to 100%.The critical value of POCA-1,POCA-3 and POCA-4 was 20 mg/L and that of POCA-2 was 15 mg/L.The ability of scaling inhibition of four products toward CaSO4 was good,and the ability enhanced as the concentration of products increased,POCA-1,POCA-2 and POCA-3 being better than POCA-4.The ability of scaling inhibition of four products toward zinc salt was good,and the ability enhanced as the concentration of products increased,POCA-2 and POCA-4 being better than POCA-1and POCA-3.Thus the second method was selected as the prior method of synthesizing phosphonocarboxylic acid cotelomer.
