摘 要:通过对大量文献的调研 ,综述了国内外有关纳米改性环氧树脂复合材料的研究现状 ,讨论了插层聚合法、直接共混法以及溶胶 -凝胶法制备环氧树脂基纳米复合材料的原理和材料结构特性及其宏观性能 ,并对该类材料的进一步研究和应用进行了评述。As a commonly used polymer material, epo xy resin and its modified composites have much wide prospect in industrial applica tion. Based on a large amount of publications, the current investigating status about epoxy based nano-composites was reviewed in this paper. The synthesizing principles and structural characteristics of epoxy based nano-composites synthe sized respectively by intercalation polymerization, directly mixing method and s ol-gel method, were briefly introduced. Simultaneously, the macroscopic propert ies of various epoxy based nano-composites were also discussed. In addition, th e further investigation and application of epoxy based nano-composites were pro posed.
