摘　　要：目的　研究阿莫西林对格列美脲在草犬体内药动学的影响。方法　采用RP HPLC测定 6只草犬单用格列美脲及合用阿莫西林后格列美脲的血药浓度 ,并对格列美脲的主要药动学参数进行对比研究。结果　格列美脲在草犬体内药动学个体差异很大 ;单用与合用阿莫西林后 ,以格列美脲的药 时曲线下的面积、峰浓度为指标 ,进行方差分析和双单侧t检验 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且cmax,AUC0→t的平均值降低。OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetic effects of amoxicillin on glimepiride in dogs. METHODS: The plasma samples were collected after a single dose of glimepiride or in combination with amoxicillin were respectively given to 6 dogs in an open randomized cross-over way. Glimepiride concentrations in plasma were assayed by RP-HPLC. RESULTS: The result of statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences on AUC0&rarrt, cmax and tmax of glimepiride between single and in combination with amoxicillin. CONCLUSION: The plasma glimepiride concentrations were decreased after in combination with amoxicillin.
