摘　　要：目的　应用反相高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁注射液中绿原酸的含量。方法　以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 ( 15∶85∶1)为流动相 ,采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,在 3 3 0nm进行测定。结果　绿原酸在 0 .0 2 45～ 0 .2 45 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为98.3 6%。结论　该方法简便、可靠、准确 。OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Mailuoning injection by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. METHOD: C18 column was used with the mixture of methanol-H2O-acetic acid (15:85:1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL&middotmin-1 with the detection wavelength at 330 nm. RESULTS: The method proved to be linear over the range of 0.024 5-0.245 μg. The recovery of the assay was 98.36%. CONCLUSION: The method appeared to be simple, reliable, accurate and can be used to the quality control of the preparation.
