摘 要:针对南津渡径流式电站水位变化较大的特点,分别应用水力学和总径流线性响应模型方法建立了前池水位和尾水水位的计算方案,提出南津渡水电站的日优化运行模型。根据不同的来水情况,分别采取离散微分动态规划、有后效性动态规划逐次逼近法求解,充分发挥两种算法的快速性,取得了较好的运行效果。与现行调度方法比较表明,优化调度和经济运行可显著提高水电站的发电效益。The daily optimal and economic operation for the Nanjindu Hydropower Plant is presented in this paper. The water level of the forebay and tail water of the plant were calculated by hydraulic method and forecasted by using the total runoff linear response model (TLR), respectively. An optimal and economic operation model is proposed and established. Two algorithms, discrete differential dynamic programming (DDDP) and progressive optimal algorithm (POA) for dynamic programming models without Markovian property, were used to solve the model for the different forecast reservoir inflow discharge. It is shown that DDDP and POA algorithms have the properties with fast convergences and stable. In comparison with classical operation method, the proposed optimal and economic operation model will greatly improve hydropower benefit.
